Shipping Policy of Mingyuan Lighting

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders of lighting equipment purchased from Mingyuan Lighting (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Order Production Lead Time

Standard Stock Lighting Products

In-stock items including panel lights, flood lights, high bay lights, downlights: 3–7 working days after deposit confirmation.

Non-Standard & Customized Lighting

Custom color temperature, lens, housing, logo printing, project tailor-made fixtures: 15–30 working days based on order quantity.

We will notify you in advance if production is delayed due to raw material shortages.

2. Shipping Methods We Provide

We offer multiple delivery solutions to match global clients’ needs:

Sea Freight (Most Popular for Bulk Orders)

Suitable for wholesale distributors & large engineering projects, lowest unit shipping cost. Transit time: 20–45 days to Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, America.
Air Freight

For small bulk orders or urgent project replenishment. Transit time: 5–12 days, higher freight cost.
Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

For sample orders and small trial orders. Door-to-door delivery, transit time: 3–7 working days.
Train Freight

Stable alternative for European markets, transit time: 12–22 days.

You may select your preferred shipping method with your sales representative before production.

3. Shipping Cost Responsibility

FOB Factory (Default Trade Term)

Buyer bears all ocean/air freight, local customs duty, import tax, destination port handling fees and last-mile delivery charges. We cover inland transport from our factory to the loading port.
CIF / CFR Service (Optional)

We can book shipping and pay sea freight on your behalf; import duties and destination charges remain at buyer’s cost. Quotation will list all related fees separately.
Free Shipping Support

Free courier delivery for samples only under negotiated annual bulk cooperation agreements. Standalone sample orders bear full express fees.

4. Delivery Address & Information Liability

You must provide complete, accurate receiving information including consignee full name, company name, detailed address, post code and contact phone number.

We are not liable for delivery delays, lost parcels or extra surcharges caused by wrong or incomplete address information provided by you.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once goods are dispatched, we will send you:

Bill of Lading / Air Waybill / Express tracking number
Packing list, commercial invoice, CE/RoHS certification copies

You can track shipment status online via carrier official websites anytime. Our sales team provides tracking updates upon request.

6. Cargo Inspection & Shipping Damage Claim

Please inspect all packages carefully upon arrival. Take full unboxing photos and videos if cartons are crushed, wet or broken.
All damage claims must be submitted to us together with visual evidence within 48 hours after receiving goods.
Without valid video/photo proof within the time limit, we cannot file compensation claims with logistics providers for damaged lighting products.

7. Customs Clearance & Import Duties

All import tariffs, VAT, customs inspection fines and local clearance fees at your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We will supply full set of export documents to support your smooth customs clearance. If you need special certification for local market, inform our sales team before shipment.

8. Delivery Delay Exclusions

We do not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by uncontrollable external factors:

Port congestion, shipping line space shortage, weather disasters
Customs inspection, local policy adjustments, strikes
Buyer’s delayed payment leading to suspended shipment
Incorrect receiving information provided by the buyer

9. Policy Update

Mingyuan Lighting reserves the right to revise this Shipping Policy without prior notice. The latest version published on our official website shall apply to all new orders.
