It defines our standard warranty terms, eligible repair/replacement services, and exclusions for all global B2B customers, distributors, and engineering clients. By purchasing our products, you agree to the below warranty regulations.
1. Standard Warranty Period
Mingyuan Lighting provides different warranty durations according to product categories. Under normal installation and daily usage conditions, we guarantee free repair or free replacement for faulty products within the warranty term:

Indoor Commercial Lighting (Panel lights, Downlights, Linear lights, Office lights): 5 Years Warranty

Industrial Lighting (High bay lights, Low bay lights, Factory workshop lights): 5 Years Warranty

Outdoor Lighting (Flood lights, Street lights, Wall washers, Landscape lights): 3–5 Years Warranty (depends on specific model specification)

Smart & Special Customized Lighting: 3 Years Warranty
The warranty starts from the date of shipment from our factory.
2. Warranty Coverage
Within the valid warranty period, we provide free repair or free replacement service if the products fail due to factory manufacturing defects, including:

LED chip dead light, no lighting, or abnormal flickering

Driver failure caused by original quality problem

Unreasonable light attenuation far exceeding industry standard

Original structural and sealing defects causing functional failure
All warranty services include free provision of replacement parts and core components. Buyers only need to bear local labor cost and on-site installation fees.
3. Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Contact your sales representative and submit a warranty application, including order number, product model, faulty quantity, problem description, photos and videos.

Step 2: Our technical team reviews the issue and confirms whether it belongs to warranty coverage.

Step 3: We provide replacement parts or arrange product repair solutions within 3–7 working days after confirmation.

Step 4: For large batch failures, we will provide targeted compensation solutions according to the actual situation.
4. Warranty Exclusions (Non-Warranty Situations)
The following conditions are not covered by free warranty:

Damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power supply, or non-standard electrical connection

Improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or self-repair

Man-made damage, collision, drop, scratch, or water ingress caused by human error

Damage caused by extreme natural disasters, thunderstorms, floods, or severe weather

Normal light attenuation, surface dust aging, and cosmetic wear that do not affect lighting function

Products used beyond rated working environment (temperature, humidity, waterproof limit)

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party channels

Expired warranty period products
5. Out-of-Warranty Service
For products that are out of warranty or excluded from warranty coverage, Mingyuan Lighting still provides paid maintenance and component replacement services. We will offer the most cost-effective after-sales solution for long-term cooperative customers.
6. Replacement Terms
When we confirm product quality problems and approve replacement:

We provide free new replacement products or parts

Shipping cost of replacement goods will be negotiated according to responsibility attribution

Replacement products inherit the remaining warranty time of the original products
7. Policy Revision
Mingyuan Lighting reserves the right to update and adjust this Warranty Policy without prior notice. The latest version published on our official website shall prevail for all orders.
